Scandiwavey AB (company number 559123-4567), with its registered office in Stockholm, is the controller of the personal data processed on scandiwavey.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data in accordance with the GDPR and Swedish data protection law.
1. What data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We also collect aggregated technical information (IP address, browser type, visit date) via our web server.
2. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to send our newsletter and to improve the website. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1 a GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Article 6.1 f GDPR) in operating the site.
3. Retention period
Contact information is stored while you are a subscriber and deleted no later than 24 months after you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
4. Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Contact us at hej@scandiwavey.com.
5. Complaints
If you believe that we process your data incorrectly you may file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.

We may update this policy. The most recent version is always published on this page together with its date.
